No album art

I've just install the 21days trial version of Cd ripper :

one on my laptop (windows 7)
one on my desk computer (vista 64)

Everything seems to work properly on my laptop but on my computer I'm not able to get the album art, I got a message asking for dbpoweramp Reference!!

Is this a problem with Vista?, the trial version ?, Why is there such difference beetwen the 2 computers?
