Track not ripping succesfully without error

I just ripped a CD in DBPowerAmp and poweramp didn't show any errors after the rip. When I listened to one of the songs after the rip the last 1-2 seconds are being cut off. I know this as I have listened directly to the CD and the sound continues for about 1 second. How can I fix this? Do I need to buy another CD?

    How do other discs rip?

Is there anything special about the disc? such as copy protected? In CD ripper >> options >> make sure 'Defective by design is NOT selected'

I finally played the ripped tracks all the way through and it looks like this is not an issue. The track that sounded like it was being cut off was transitioning to the next track without pause and when played with the next track it sounds fine. It's still strange that this track sounds different when played ripped vs. off of the cd.
