locked up

I just downloaded the trial version, and am trying it out. I seemed to have no problem reading the disc, but when it came to encoding, db locked up. After about 15 minutes, it started encoding but again locked up at 99% and has stayed there for about 45 minutes.

I guess patience is a virtue. After chugging away, db finally completed, and returned an error message. I'll try to rip the same file again and hope for better results.
