jumbled track sequence?

I am simultaneously ripping FLAC and AIFF files to different drives. My library setup is genre/artist/album/track title. The ripped AIFF files have a colume called track number, and although after ripping they show in random sequence, at least i can click at the top of the colume and change the sequence to that on the album (i.e., 1,2,3 . … etc.) The FLAC file, however doesnt show any track number, titles only, and they also come in random sequence. Am i doing something wrong that these tracks don't show in proper sequence? Does it matter? That is, when i import these libraries into Itunes, will they self correct or something? Thanks for your help!

Just that your Windows cannot read the ID Tags in the AIFF.
