Hi,

I've been ripping a couple cds which have mostly been in AccurateRip, those cds usually take about 3-4 minutes to rip and I don't think i've ever seen one fail on first pass. My settings are however set to secure and ultra secure. Whenever there's a cd not in accuraterip which is very rare, every song has : Re-Rip ***** frames. I do have C2 enabled but it usually ends up as insecure.

any ideas ?

Try disabling c2 pointers, some drives have buggy implementations of it.

No need to re-rip
