Best method for ripping multi-CD box-sets?

What is the best and fastest method to rip multi-CD box-sets? Actually, when scanning and ripping multi-CD box-set CDs I have to enter on each CD again:

- Disc number: 1/10, 2/10, 3/10, etc.
- Album Art
- Any erroneous other meta tags

So there should be a method where I have to enter this data only ONCE for all CDs of the box-set!

I use this naming scheme:
[album]\CD [disc]\[track] - [title]

If the 2nd, 3rd... discs are not in a online database then they have to be typed in.
