Can't launch CD ripper

Hello,

I'm a new user of DBpoweramp.
I've installed the trial version of DB poweramp cd ripper and Music converter and now I've purchased the reference R14.

I've uninstalled the trial version (following the informations found int FAQ section http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=13285)
And I've installed the registered version (dMC-R14-Ref-Registered.exe) with anti virus disable and without any other program running.

Now CD ripper refuse to launch.
Is a known issue?
All my installations have been done on the same laptop running under Windows Vista.

I've also tested Asset UPNP and Asset contrôl Beta
All these programs have been installed before the registered Reference R14 installation.

I would like to solve my problem with ripper before purchase of Asset Upnp.
I also can report the behavior of asset Control used with a Naim Uniti as renderer.

The trial worked for ripping CDs?

Try uninstalling dBpoweramp, reboot windows then reinstall the registered version you have.

Yes the trial was working perfectly.

I will uninstall the actual registered version and install again.

Well,

I've uninstalled DBpoweramp Reference R14 and also EAC...
I've used your cleaner...
Finally I've manually cleanup all roaming directories for all users (I've deleted one DBpoweramp directories for the "guest" account and all Accurate rips folders)

I've re-installed DBpoweramp only with the anti virus disabled.

All works fine know !!

(There were probably a kind of conflict with the previously installed EAC and/or the accurate rip data left in the roaming directories...)

arghh! :(

I've ripped a cd yesterday evening without any problem, and now this morning the ripper refuse to launch again.
This makes me crazy

Any idea ?

Ok after further investigations; the problem come from the Antivirus. (Panda)
I don't know how to slove this at the antivirus level because there isn't a lot of options to exclude a program (.exe) from the antivurus control.

I will try to re-install with antivirus actived...

Finnaly, as the problem came from my antivirus software, I've uninstalled it and updated it to the latest realease.
The problem seems to be solved
I don't think there is anything wrong with DBpoweramp
