Directory Issue with Ripping

I am ripping about 3000 cds in wav format and I would like to have control over the directories the files are saved to, this is how it is now saved:

artist/album name/tracks.wav

this is how I would like to have it saved:

album name/tracks.wav

I played around with the "Naming" optoins but could not figure out how to eliminate the artist directory, any suggestions?
