Ripper now ripping at 0.6

Ripper now ripping at 0.6

New Windows 7 PC and new dbpoweramp install had been working perfectly, but now ripping at 0.6x. If I check the IDE controller there is no access to transfer speed. How do I recover normal ripping speed?

Did anything change on the system? do other programs (such as EAC in burst mode rip at full speed)?
