Ripping CD to FLAC and mp3 in one session

Hi, please forgive what may well be a simple newbie question (I've checked FAQs and this forum).

I want to rip my CDs to both FLAC (for my Sonos) and mp3 (for my ipod). I can do this by choosing the appropriate codec, and of course put the result into two different directories by choosing the path. But can I automate the process so that it first rips to FLAC, then to mp3, placing in appropriate directories, without any user input after putting in the CD and clicking on "rip"?

Also my drive continues spinning at speed after ripping has finished (Dell Inspiron 580, i5, Win7, dbpoweramp v14, drive is TSST TS-H653G) - any suggestions?

    Many thanks

Brilliant, thanks! I've got it working and outputting into suitable target directories.

Now I'm just wondering, what's the best way of playing the FLAC files on the PC? I'm getting a Sonos system but there will be times when I just want to play them directly on the PC itself. I do have iTunes and WMP12 installed already. Again apologies for what must seem a simple question.
