problem with 64bit, not present with 32bit

did the 13.5 installation, then the conversion to work on Windows 7 & and the upgrade to version 14. went fine but: on the 32 bit machine, everything perfect. on the 64 bit machine, some album art not readable by program. sometimes the conversions die in the middle of converting. File types on the 64 bit are the same as files that work on the 32 bit. Made sure did the reboots and appropriate reinstalls. same results. there is a glitch. do you have a fix?

I would first question the stability of the system, as the parts which do conversion are all 32 bit, so the same code is running when ripping on 32bit and 64 bit windows.
