Metatag configuration

I've looked but can't find the answer. How do you configure how the metatag info retrieved is written to the track? Specifically how do configure artist and album artist to be 'last,first' rather than 'first last'. There are other tweaks I'd like, but I figure once I find the door and can figure out the rest.

It is not possible in CD ripper.

Ok, is it possible with any product? I'll be using batchripper for the most part.
But the robot is not here yet.

On the surface it seems like a trivial task; closer examination reveals otherwise. I'll do it the old fashioned manual way, I'll have to fix fewer mistakes.
