Album Art

I have

• dBpoweramp Music Converter R13.4 (Registered)
  dBpoweramp Reference R13.4

Both purchased on 5/10/2010.

The album art no longer load when I put a new CD in to be ripped. If I put a previously ripped CD in the artwork appears.

I found one thread that said the / a problem was the resolution; my resolution is already at it's highest: 1680x1050.

Any other thing to try?

Check that your perfectmeta access is active, by running dBpoweramp Configuration

It says "renew access". But shouldn't I have access til 5/10/2011?
