How long should it take to secure rip a track?

Hi, I am preparing to rip my CD collection, and I am familiarizing myself with R14.

Using the default options, as installed, it takes less than a minute to rip a track.

I followed the setup guide at "http://www.dbpoweramp.com/cd-ripper-setup-guide.htm", with C2 enabled, now it is taking about 5 minutes to rip a track.

I have ripped the entire Talking Heads box set (8 discs, CD one side, DVD the other side, B000B5XSK8), and none of the tracks are AR, with burst and with secure.

    Machine is Windows 7 x64.
    Drive is HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH30N.

Is it normal to take 5 minutes per track in secure mode?
Is it normal that none of the tracks are AR?

Try unchecking c2 pointers, on certain drives with R14.0 it is causing issues (which is being investigated), let me know please if this fixes the rips.

      I disabled C2, much faster.

Did one disc that has AR, secure ok, AR ok.
Did another disc without AR info, all the CRC's are red / mismatched, but secure says good.

Could you verify please on a disc which is in AccurateRip that if c2 pointers are on it takes a long time to rip and the rip is inaccurate for all the tracks (rip to 'Test Conversion'), when c2 is unchecked it rips fast and all tracks verify against AccurateRip.

With C2 off, rip completed quickly, and all tracks AR ok.
With C2 on, rip took a very long time, with re-reads, and all tracks AR ok.
