Windows 7 Starter Edition?

I just bought a netbook to run Squeezebox Server to play my music files. It has Windows 7 Starter and 2 GB of RAM.

I've got a USB optical drive that works with the netbook. I'm think I may want to use the netbook for ripping as well as playback. Will dBpoweramp work with Windows 7 Starter?
