I am getting the No CD Drive Found error. I can reboot my Dell Inspiron E150S laptop and it will work four about 5 rips, then the error message shows up. When I reboot, the drive is recognized about 50 percent of the time. Then I have to keep rebooting until it works. I have reinstalled V. 14. This is very frustrating to say the least. Any help would be appreciated!!

Does your CD drive disappear from Windows Explorer? -

It says your CD drive is crashing and disappearing from the OS, they should never do this...Comment

Re: No CD Drive Found
Thank you Spoon. What is perplexing is that it works for a while then disappears. I'll try reinstalling the driver and see if it works better. I don't think it is a hardware problem. It seems to work just fine when windows recognizes it.Comment
