Rip of first track always inaccurate

Rip of first track always inaccurate

I am running on the trial version and every CD I try to rip has the first track as inaccurate - if I then re-rip track 1 it gets accurate - any ideas what is wrong?

Try the spin up option in CD Ripper >> Options

some drives do not rip correctly until they are upto speed.
