    dMC-R14-Ref-Registered.exe not a valid Win 32 application

Yesterday I assisted one of our final customers in purchasing and downloading your dBPoweramp Reference R14 Family Pack for her private use.

When trying to install it in a Windows Vista and in 2 Windows XP computers, we got an error message stating that it is not a valid Win 32 application.

    Can you please help?

You might try re-downloading the installer file.

Clear your internet cache and redownload, you only have part of the install.
