When ripping CDs to FLAC the track field in the tags is written as "1/12", "2/12" instead of "01" "02" and so on.
It's probably easy to change it so it tags the tracks "01" etc, but I haven't figured it out. Help appreciated.
EDIT: NM. I didn't dig deep enough into the Options but I've found the option I want now.
