Configuring Local Freedb

I'm having a little trouble configuring freedb for offline use. I've dled the freedb rar and unrared it to my local HDD and set the path in CD Ripper. Are there any other steps needed?

Make sure you have downloaded the windows version, not the linux.

That was it, I was using the unix version. Thanks for your help.
