problem file on 3 different CDs

Ive been ripping my CD collection tonight and one particular song appears on 3 different albums (complilations etc) that I own.

This single song fails every time and on every album - and my discs are in immacualte condition.

    Why would this happen?

    Track : 10
    Title : Nella Fantasia
    Length : 3:40
Rip Status : AccurateRip: Inaccurate (confidence 23) Secure: No [9BED6487]
    CRC : 53BD27F8
    Rating : 0
    Genre : Classical

Edit: make that 4 different albums it fails on
Edit 2: 5 albums now and the last album was opened to rip it, it was previously brand new and sealed.

    Fails because it is Inaccurate?

I was asking for your definition of fails in this context (track does not rip, rips in-accurate?)

ah okay, what happens is that the track does rip but in dbpa it has to re-rip anywhere from 10-3 frames
          afterwards it displays this:

Bear in mind it does this on 5 different albums that are all in VERY good condition

The disc(s) do have an error, if you have access to another CD drive give that a try, because it seems specific to your drive if you ask me (changing discs and the error still there).

              Hi
I just tried ripping the disk above from my server which has a sony dvd-rw and that track ripped as Accurate (26).

Isn't it a little odd though that my other drive would pick that 1 specific song on any disk? I didnt get any other errors and ive ripped around 80 disks.

The drive that gives the errors is an LG branded drive HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50

I had actually already ordered a new Liteon IHAS324-32 drive but its not arrived yet.

              Thanks for the help
