Why doen't dbpoweramp CD Ripper use Gracenote?

For MP3 albums, Gracenote (via iTunes) seems to be quite accurate and complete, at least for the limited amount of metadata used by the iTunes application.

dbpoweramp CD Ripper doesn't seek metadata from Gracenote? Why?

Gracenote on its own is no where near as complete as AMG and GD3...
