Difference in confidence

Something strange with one of my cd
Please find two extracts of the logs file
I precise it is absolutely the same CD which has been ripped
In October 2008 the confidence was from 37 to 39
Now it is from 2 to 136
For the track 2 for example there is a new CRC

This is correct then, as R14 introduces the new AccurateRip CRC, the ones where there is a confidence of 2 is correct, 2 people have submitted that disc, where track 1 and 3 are not using the new CRC - those tracks might have had a conflict from the 2 people so they are not in the database until a 3rd verifies the result.
