R14 - Windows 2000 and CPU requirements?

Hi, I have a 9-year old Windows 2000 machine that I want to use to rip my CDs. It has a 1.2 GHz CPU and 1.5 GB of RAM. Would that be powerful enough to run the upcoming dBpoweramp Reference R14?

Also, I found a post from spoon where he said R14 will drop Windows 98 and NT support, and require XP or later. What about 2000?

2000 is not supported as there a few functions which require XP.

No CPU requirements, just OS.

After R14 becomes available, will I still be able to purchase R13.5, since I want to use my Windows 2000 machine?
