I'm ripping a 4 cd box set that I have only played a few times. 3 cds rip with no errors, but 1 of the disc has errors half way through the disc. I'm sure the disc in not damaged. I've ripped many cds and have very few errors, so I know the drive is configured correctly. What causes ripping errors on new cd's and what is the best way to rip a disc with this type of problem?

 Re: General ripping error question.

Ripping it as is gives the best result your drive can give, but there are still errors.Comment
