Problems with AMG activation

After using the free trial I purchased dBpoweramp reference R13 and I have reinstalled all of the downloads. The last thing I've tried to download is the AMG activation and I'm having issues. I've gotten to the AMG activation where I input my order number and "click" the "activate" button. When I do this I get a error msg saying "Unable to connect to dBpoweramp, please check internet connection" I've had my companies IT department veryify everything is ok and they suggested I contact dBpoweramp to see what the problem is. Can anyone help?
