Unable to receive cd text information !!

Hallo, i'm a new user from Italy, great program !!! I have a problem when i insert the cd with cd text dbpower not recgnized the information ?? He show me "track1" ecc. but if the same cd i pen with eac or others software the informations appair to me !! perhaps i lost some settings ???

yes, i tried with some but never see the tracks name !!!

What is your CD drive? (exact model number) which Windows version, how is the drive connected to the system?
