Ripping into Individual Folders

I've been using CD Ripper for a week or so now, FLAC and AIFF via Multi Encoder without problems. I accidently deleted and had to form new network for the AIFF drive. Now, ripping only FLAC works fine, ripping only AIFF works fine, but when I use the Multi Encoder, the FLAC goes into the right Artist/Album Name, but the AIFF files are going into the 'Automatically Add To Itunes' under no folder at all, just dumping directly into the 'Automatically Add To Itunes' folder; yet I changed nothing in resetting it all up.

Any ideas?

For the AIFF you would have to set the output folder and potentially dynamic naming in the multi encoder.
