Can't get secure rip even w/ new CD. Stumped!

Hi,

Can anyone explain why I get all the red stuff in the rip status section and the CRC codes are in black not green (see attachment photo to see a pic in link about fourth post down)? The rip does not seem to be secure and I haven't a clue why. This was from a brand new sealed CD. Notepad explanation pic also included in link a few more posts down.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am also having problems. I can not seem to get a rip that accuraterip agrees with. I have reset the offset and increased the cache size from the detected value to 1024, but nothing seems to not help. I have tried various cds and have not successfully ripped a song

This is a new install on a new laptop ASUS U30Jc-A1. It has a Matshita DVD-RAM UJ890AS drive. I installed dMC-R13.4-Ref-Trial.

When I disabled the c2 support, everything works!!
