1 Year Free AMG Access Unavailable

Hi,

I'm trying to activate the 1 year free AMG/GD3/Musicbrainz accesss for my dbpoweramp cd ripper, without this it does give me pretty good metadata but i get no covers. im trying to see if i use the free AMG access that it does give me covers and maybe use it in the future, i've got a dBpoweramp Bulk Reference R13.4 and it should give me the 1 year free AMG access.

trying to activate it with my order number doesn't work.

please let me know what the problem might be or any suggesstions that u might have.

Bulk dBpoweramp Licenses do not include PerfectMeta licenses (typically they are used not for CD Ripping, but converting files in a commercial environment).
