    secure rip settings greyed out

I have not used dbpoweramp for about 3 weeks, & I ripped a CD in it today, I wanted to go in & adjust the secure rip settings, but they are greyed out, I cannot click on it & choose the min & max passes. This has never happened before.

Check that in dBpoweramp Configuration it says:

    Registration Status: dBpoweramp Reference

as this is required for the ultra passes.

I dont see anywhere for registration status, I dont know if mine has this, there is the options button at the top of the screen, which I click that opens up the CD ripper options, but no registration status. I clicked on the ID tag meta button as well, nothing there. Where exactly do I find this?

I also notice that the profile options are greyed out as well. Why have I lost some functionality? I paid for this program in January, it is a little annoying, do I lose functions in the program if I am not using it constantly?

Start >> Programs >> dBpoweramp Music Converter >> Configuration

You would only loose functionality if you have not installed the registered version, or the Power Pack was purchased (and reference features would disable after the trial).

I got to this, & under the versions tab, it says dBpower music converter; registered reference release 13.3

R13.4 is out, so uninstall all dbpoweramp, and reinstall (no settings will be lost):
