Perfect meta not working

Hi, I'm hoping for a bit of help with getting the album art working on my new laptop. Apologies for yet another thread on this subject, I've searched forum history but can't seem to find a solution!

I've recently moved all of my ripping to a new laptop and bought another year's worth of meta data at $5. I've inserted the order number and the pop up confirms that I've got one year of access.

The trouble is, when I insert a CD, only the free access shows when I do a manual meta check. Also, I've got perfect meta checked and have done my very best to follow all instructions before coming here to bother you guys!

Are there any suggestions, or common noob mistakes that I've made?

You need AMG and GD3 checked. Try also: CD Ripper >> Meta Drop Menu >> Retrieve from >> AMG, if there is a usage restriction it would popup a page stating so.

All is working again now - thanks a lot for your help Spoon.

I didn't need to make any changes for other older CDs to work as they are supposed to.

The disc that I had problems with was only released yesterday - would that be a reason why album art and other data was missing? Just so that I know for future.
