    High Resolution Ripping Question

I am ripping through my CD collection. I have downloaded dBpoweramp and the dsp power pack, I am trying to rip some SACD's and HDCD's in a higher resolution 20 bit format. When I click on the add DSP effect under add DSP/Action I get a light grey screen saying "DSP requires powerpack".

What did I do wrong? Can someone suggest a fix?

    Thanks,

    NB

    Re: High Resolution Ripping Question

It is a requirement that you have a registered version of dbpoweramp or be in the 21 day trial to run the DSP effects.

SACD cannot be ripped above 16 bit.

I have a registered version and downloaded the DSP pack. How do I get the DSP function to work for HDCD recordings??

Add the DSP effect when ripping, if you are still seeing that message "requires power pack", uninstall dbpoweramp and install the registered version.
