Problem retrieving Order Number

Trying to install update but having no luck finding original order number - getting "Current email address not found." Please advise.

We only store 2 pieces of information for security reasons, they are the order number and an email. From registration retrieval you can click the link to find a lost order number and supply an email used at the time.

Thanks, Spoon. The problem is I have moved several times and do not recall the email address I used when I first ordered the program. I'll continue to scratch to see If I can come up with it!

OK, I finally found the correct old email adress and my problem is solved.
