Wav When I Rip To Flac

I'm a very new convert to dbpoweramp from EAC. I like it so far but am confused by the following: I have just ripped The Beatles Love album as one track (to play on my Cowon D2 without gaps) and find that most of the tracks are indeed Flacs but tracks 18 to 24 are Wav. Could some kind soul tell me why that should be please? And should I be concerned because I am doing something wrong?

    Thank you.

Unless you changed the encoder part way through the rip, it should not be possible.

Thank you for the swift reply. I didn't make any changes while the ripping procedure was in progress. Interestingly I discovered after my post that the WAV files were all zero bytes. I'll keep my eye on it in future because I do enjoy using the programme.

Could I ask one more question please? I use a Cowon D2 and I use Flac with it. Normally when a track is playing the screen displays (in the following order) the Album title, then the Artist or Group, then the playing track. However when I rip with dbpoweramp the screen displays the following: instead of the Album it displays the following RTIST=Elbow (exactly as I've typed it here), then Elbow which is correct, then the track which is playing which is correct. I have tried many different options to get the D2 to show the information correctly but without success. When I use EAC or JetAudio everything displays correctly so I fear I'm making an error somewhere.

Seems like a bug in cowon as it is saved as Albumartist=

That wouldn't surprise me! Thanks anyway.
