PerfectMeta never retrieves from GD3

I have installed dbPoweramp Reference 13.4 and activated AMG access. If I run the configuration it says 336 days remaining. However when I review the perfectmeta matches the GD3 column is always blank. This has happened on every CD I have tried. From reading the forum it sounds like the 1 year AMG access also gives you 1 year of GD3 access. Is this correct? Is there anything I need to do to activate it?

If AMG is active then GD3 is active. Are you using a proxy server?

I'm not using a proxy server. It does get results from AMG, Music Brainz and freedb. It's only GD3 that is always blank.

Try a popular CD >> meta drop menu >> retrieve from >> GD3

I just tried two CD's:
Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of the Moon
Manic Street Preachers - Everything Must Go

If I select "meta >> retrieve from >> GD3" there is a few seconds delay, but it doesn't retrieve anything. If I click the Meta button and then press Alt-M to review the choices the GD3 column is blank and the GD3 button is greyed out. All the others columns have data.

I've ripped about 80 CD's so far and every CD has been the same.

Try disabling your internet security software, GD3 is the only provider to connect through HTTP Secure.

Thanks, that solved the problem. Sorry, it would have been the first thing I tried but I assumed because the others were working it wasn't a firewall problem.

Thanks too for the speedy response. I'm very happy with the software. It's going to save me a lot of time. Especially the batch ripper.
