MSVCP71.dll Missing Error Message

I have just reinstalled CD Ripper onto a Windows 7 system, on which it was working perfectly well. Windows wipe-> Reinstall Windows 7-> Reinstall dbPoweramp ripper and writer and now this error message. I've downloaded from the registered site and reinstalled twice. Any suggestions?

When is it shown? when running CD Ripper, dbpoweramp music converter or CD Writer?

It shows when attempting to use CD Ripper - CD Writer is OK.

Possibly a codec you have installed, did you install any extra codecs?

If you uninstall each one in turn and run CD Ripper each time then you can find which one is causing the issues.

Real Audio Helix Encoder Release 6 did that thing. I installed the codec, everything seemed fine until the setup program started registering DLLs. Then I got message that MSVCP71.dll is missing. When I tried to reinstall the codec, it said that I already had installed and suggested launching an uninstallation, and then that message popped up again.

What is interesting is that the codec actually did install and was actually working absolutely fine.

I tried to add this DLL to System32 folder, which didn't help. I ended up uninstalling the codec from the control panel, no problems happened there. But when I tried installing it again, same thing.

Oh, my system is Windows 7 x64, the fact that it is 64-bit could have something to do with the DLL-related problems, I guess.
