    Manual Sample Offset detection

Is there a way to manually find and implement the sample offset of my cd drive.
CD Ripper uses popular cds to find correct offset of a drive. but is there a way to find it manually in case of no internet connection.

For eg, any website, or a program.

    accuraterip.com

Is a drive offsets section, but dbpoweramp is 100% designed around accuraterip finding the offset.

Also, even if you manually set the offset, I believe, accuraterip won't work. The offset has to be set by accuraterip.
