Cannot access cover art after paying to renew

Last week I got the notice that my 365 day subscription to PerfectMeta (AMG, GD3, Music Brainz) had expired. I went to the website as directed, paid my $5 to renew and re-installed it on my pc. But now I have to manually look up every DC cover and paste it into the site prior to ripping the CD for some reason. I do not recall having to do this in the past. Is there some type of setting I am missing? When I put a CD in the drive, it is finding the data (usually through AccurateRip) but for the past several days every CD I have recorded I have had to go to the internet, look up the CD cover, and copy and paste it in at the bottom of the CD Ripper page. After the metadata loads, press ALT + M to check which provider it came from. If the disc was inserted recently it will be in the local cache, so press the Meta button to re-get from the internet.
