META data not working since AMG

I purchased an AMG license recently, and since then, no CD I rip ever finds any meta data. I've made sure that every search option is selected under Meta Data Settings. Any one have any idea what might be going on?

302 Days Access to AMG Remaining

Allow dBpoweramp to Access Internet is checked

Connect Through Proxy Server is unchecked

Insert a popular CD, then CD Ripper >> Meta Drop Menu >> Retrieve From >> All Media Guide

if no metadata, then disable any security software you have as a test.
