Profiles not available

In the trial version, the Profile dropdown worked and was highly useful.

Since registering, this dropdown has been greyed out. This is very frustrating.

Can you tell me how to re-enable it?

You registered the Reference version? (profiles are in the reference version).

Thanks, Spoon - I hadn't realised that (the website's a little unclear on what the "reference" version is. Got it now.

If you have purchased the Power Pack version, follow the link to your registered download and there will be an offer there to upgrade to Reference.
