Profile is Grey Out / Unavailable

I have used dbpoweramp to rip hundreds of CDs. Recently, I have lost the ability to change the profiles when I insert a new CD. Any ideas?

You require dBpoweramp Reference, have a look in dBpoweramp Configuration which version you have.
