dbpoweramp will now not rip my CDs after I purchased license powerpack R13

Every CD I am now attempting to rip will not rip, I get the message that dbpoweramp is not registered, but I just purchased the power pack R13 a couple of days ago, now that I have bought the program, it is screwing around with me.

thanks, I think I figured it out, I retrieved my registration with my order number & re downloaded/installed the program & that seemed to work for now.
