Can't get any metadata

Hi, I am new to this program.
I was using WMP 11 & 12 to rip my CDs until I got wrong metadata for my CDs. I tried a few programs and the only one which came with the right info waw dbpoweramp, as I guess it loaded the info from the CD and not from an on line database.
Now that I have bought and installed the R13.2 version I do not get any metadata even with the Cd's I have ripped with the test version.
I have played with all options, tried to retrieve the metadata from all sources with no luck.
Can someone tell me what's wrong.

The metadata would only come from the CD if the CD had CD Text and you had checked that option under the meta menu. Have a look in dBpoweramp Configuration to see how many days access are left on the PerfectMeta.
