I regitered the reference version last night and have run a number of tests through ripper. I plan to rip my collection (about 1500 cd's) in flac and hihg quality mp3. I use mostly ipods/cpu and will do the reference system using squeeze box and flac.
A few questions
1. Downloaded the multi encoder ..but it doesn't show up in cd ripper.
( I want to convert cd's to flac and mp3 in one run)
2. For the mp3's i wanted 320kps so I did free format...media player, itunes wont play it. Is anything about 240 non compatible with even the big boys like wmp or i tunes?
3. Any tips for such a large undertaking as far adding dsp's ...you know the things you wished you had known before you spend the 100 hours ripping?
