Metadata unavailable after switching users

After the PC is switched to my wife's user account and then back to mine, dbPoweramp will not retrieve metadata for any CD inserted. To restore metadata retrieval I have to log off and log on again, which is very inconvenient.

Try disabling your security software, it sounds like your firewall is messing up.
