CDGrab.exe error

Purchased CD Ripper a year ago and it worked great. When CD Ripper is opened and with or without CD loaded, after a few seconds, (encoder populated etc),
goes to a blank screen and then gives error that CDGrab,exe is not responding.

Uninstalled and re-installed registered version and have the same problem?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Clear dbpoweramp here:

Then reinstall, and try on default settings.
