Album art colour

I am using the 13.3 Version and ecountered the following problem. jpg files inserted with the function in the right lower corner of the ripper became all a green tint.
So this function is useless and I have to insert "Album Art" later with mp3tag.
Is this a known issue ?

We have had reports of it but have not been able to track it down, I suspect it is because Windows is set to something like 65,000 colours instead of 24 bit.
