Does DbPoweramp have an editable metadata cache like WMP's "cdplayer"?

Does DbPoweramp have an editable cache directory like WMP's "cdplayer"?

Some rippers like WMP, Easy CD-DA Convertor etc have an editable metadata cache where downloaded metadata for the CDs is stored for future use.
The directory for the above 2 rippers can also be manually edited in notepad, copied & saved. I've found this -

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\dBpoweramp\CDRipperCache.bin

Is this it? How could it be edited?

It cannot be edited, CD Ripper will write and read from cdplayer.ini but it is limited in the fields it supports.
