FLAC codec version

I just installed Registred Reference Release 13.3 with Flac encoder 14(1.2.1).

When installing there is an update check, and the program show that Flac encoder 13.1(1.2.1) is newer.

Is that correct ?

Now released R14 from beta, try checking again.
